Refund policy
Effective Date: January 25, 2026
Due to the highly customized, hand-crafted nature of our statues, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or differs from what you ordered due to a manufacturing error on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number
- Submit photos clearly showing the defect or error
- Retain the original packaging
Once we review your claim and approve the replacement, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective or incorrect item. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a replacement.
