Processing Time

All statues are custom made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for your order to be crafted and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carrier & Rates

We ship exclusively via FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout.

Delivery

We ship to street addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Signature is not required for delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location where packages can be left.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
